Matthew Adcock has 14+ years’ experience helping HVAC and Plumbing contractors across the US and Canada to design and adopt the strategic changes that their respective businesses demand. Coming up in the trades, Matt has worked in a variety of roles that ranged from dispatch to service manager to outside sales so he has a keen appreciation for discerning what sounds good in theory and turning it into realistic and meaningful action. Matt has an MBA from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship.
Steve has been with Resideo for one year and comes from a very diverse background where he held several leadership roles in software Product Management. Previously, Steve was Vice President, Head of Product at a mid-stage startup in the Human Capital Management space where he helped grow SaaS revenue by 40% YoY. Steve holds an MBA from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina, is married with three girls, and is a single-digit handicap golfer.
With over 21 years at Resideo, Troy Barnes strives to stay on the cutting edge of technology. He has been with Resideo since 1997, beginning his career as a technical support specialist, and he currently provides training and support for the AlarmNet Cloud Services department; as well as support for all trade shows. During his Resideo career, he has received numerous awards for his work in the intrusion space and has trained hundreds of technicians on a variety of Honeywell Home products and services. Prior to his role at Resideo, Troy was an electronics technology instructor at Elizabethtown Community and Technical College. He has also held positions at United Parcel Service and IBM.

Preston Coffer launched his career within the alarm industry in 1991 at Emergency Networks in Dallas, Texas as a straight commission sales representative. Over the years Preston quickly earned his way to the ranks of Team Leader, Sales Manager, National Marketing Manager, and ultimately co founded his own alarm company, Protection Networks. Preston credits his success in the alarm industry to the transformational leadership style and work ethic he learned in the US Marine Corps. In the USMC, Preston served as a Reconnaissance Marine and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal for superior leadership during combat operations in Desert Shield and Desert Storm. Today Preston serves as the National Account Manager for the Resideo security business.
Brian is the GM for Home Analytics at Resideo. He is responsible for the analytics strategy at Resideo. This includes LifeWhere, which uses machine learning and predictive analytics to detect failures in home appliances and utilities, and Whisker Labs, which uses thermodynamic models to micro-control thermostats for efficiency and cost savings. Prior to the acquisition, Brian was the founder and CEO of LifeWhere. LifeWhere uses home IoT, machine learning, predictive analytics and mobility to monitor assets in the home and predict when they will fail. Before LifeWhere, Brian was the VP Industrial Data Intelligence at GE where he sold analytics as a service to monitor assets like turbines and jet engines. Brian holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from the UMass, and an MBA from MIT.
Alice DeBiasio is vice president and general manager of Pro Security Products for Resideo, where she leads our portfolio of security and safety solutions.Prior to Resideo, DeBiasio spent five years in increasingly high-profile roles at Honeywell, most recently as the vice president general manager of Honeywell Homes Global Residential Security businesses with P&L responsibilities across the Americas and EMEA Residential Security portfolio. Her primary focus was driving business growth through sales and channel strategies focused around customers and their success. Before joining Honeywell in 2013, she worked as a lead design engineer for Northrop Grumman Corporation directing large scale, complex commercial and military programs. DeBiasio earned a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with an aerospace concentration and a bachelor’s degree in music performance from the University of Miami. She has a master’s degree in mechanical engineering and MBA from The State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Michael has over twenty-five years of comprehensive marketing, sales, product development and product management experience at various enterprise-level companies. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA from Kennesaw State University. Michael is a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Army Reserves. Michael and his wife Nadine have two children and reside in Atlanta.

David was born and raised in Utah. He has been at Podium for 3 years and is currently the director of sales. Before Podium, David founded and ran his own startup, LunchBox, connecting college students across the U.S. with local services/opportunities. After graduating from Brigham Young University in 2014 David has worked in leadership roles in sales and marketing and seen several organizations to great success. Now, David spends his time helping localized businesses understand how to enhance their customer strategy through technology. In his free time, he enjoys hiking in the beautiful Utah mountains and other activities in the outdoors.
Jeff Kahn was born in Worcester, MA and was educated at the University of Massachusetts Amherst where he graduated in 1977. Jeff spent the following 9 years learning the restaurant business. As a result of a chance encounter and subsequent conversation with the owner of a local Dynamark Security Center franchise in 1986, Jeff began his career in the security industry. In January 2011 Jeff became the GM of Wayne Alarm Systems where he continues to be today. In this time Jeff and his team identified and turned over the staff that was under performing, reinvigorated and retrained those that stayed, and developed a program designed to bring on more qualified individuals and put them in the best position to be successful.

Anthony Paparo is the Marketing Manager for B Safe Security. A graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with just over a year in the industry, Paparo is a rising star responsible for all things social media and marketing related. A 20-year veteran in the Security Industry, Kevin started with ADEMCO group in 1999 and is now responsible for new product introductions across Resideo's security portfolio. Kevin has spent his tenure working on a variety of products including commercial controls, automation products, sensors and 5800/Six wireless devices. Kevin has 21 issued U.S. patents and several other patents pending. His background is in Electrical Engineering, but he chose a career in Marketing to maintain direct contact with customers and continue to learn from them. One of his many interests is in consumer electronics and learning how these technologies can shape the future. When not at work, Kevin enjoys spending time with his family, playing sports with his three children, hot-rodding with his son and attending New York Islander games.

An 8 year veteran with Security ONE Alarm Systems, Ltd, Corey Robertson brings 20 years of marketing experience to the table. A former broadcaster, Corey spearheads the marketing initiatives and leads the Inside Sales and Retention teams at Security ONE. Corey is the Past President of his local Chamber of Commerce, sits on the local hospital foundation marketing committee and Chairs the theater programming at the local performing arts center. Chris has been the Product Manager of Total Connect for the past 2 years. Prior to joining Resideo, Chris spent 11 years in the telecommunications industry managing various aspects of end user applications.
Jen Tagle has been in the security industry for seven years. Jen is a sales person at heart, and has been call Jen "The Jenerator" Tagle. Prior to joining the Resideo Team, she specialized in leading with Video Alarm Verification using the I-View Now/ Resideo AlarmNet Integration. Jen is now part of our Dealer Development Group, focused on helping our dealers win with proven sales processes that help our Dealers win more business. Jen lives in Las Vegas, Nevada and enjoys hiking in the Redrocks with her two doggies and going to as many concerts as humanly possible.
With over 15 years in the security / home automation industry, Brian has held roles in sales, installation, service, operations and training. He is responsible for managing Kwikset Sales and Support in the Southeast US and Puerto Rico. He works with dealers to assist by providing training and support.
Keri Waters is the VP and GM of Water Solutions at Resideo, and has a history of successful startups – including Buoy Labs, which was recently acquired by Resideo. She was CEO of Arqetype (sold to Vivo Rewards Ltd.), and CEO of Chopwood, a DevOps company that reduced by 10x the hosting charges of the world’s second largest mobile social network. She holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an MBA from UC Berkeley.
John Wells is the Operations Manager for Comtronics, headquartered in Jackson, MI. John began his career in the security industry in 2009 as a central station operator for Comtronics. John quickly evolved at Comtronics and has since worked as the company’s program manager, sales executive, field technician, and corporate trainer. John streamlined the company’s four unique software packages for CRM, sales, service, and billing into a single software. John currently manages the software to drive customer experience and team collaboration.
Andy Whitaker is new to the security industry starting at Comtronics in August of 2018. Prior to his role with Comtronics, he worked as an assistant football coach at various colleges throughout the country. Coaching enabled him to understand the nuances in effective communication and comprehension between team members and staff. His coaching background led him to a similar role at Comtronics, where he is responsible for implementing and teaching his fellow team members the best practices and features of their CRM software. Andy is a 2014 graduate of Michigan State University where he earned his dual cognate degree in Kinesiology - Sports Administration / Sports Psychology.
